Barbara Louise Spaziani

Miss Barbara Louise Spaziani, age 76 of Centre, passed away Saturday, January 04, 2025 at Atrium Health Floyd in Rome, GA. 

A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at the Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Ricky Pollard officiating. Interment will follow in the Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will be receiving friends from 10 am until the hour of the service at the funeral home. 

Survivors include her brother, Micheal (Jeanne) Spaziani of Birmingham; Sisters, Brenda (Billy) Williams of Siler CIty, NC and Vickie (Johnny Chandler) Weaver of Cedar Bluff. Several nieces and nephews also survive. 

Barbara was born in New York. She was a graduate of Talladega School for the Blind and was a member of Pine Grove Church. She enjoyed old country music, singing, and playing the piano. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.W. Boone and Louise Lane. 

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Centre Lions Club, 2195 County Road 239, Centre, AL 35960.
